NCAA Football Betting Predictions - Week 7 College Football Odds

College Football Week 7 Odds Welcome to Gamblers Palace…your home for all College football Week 7 odds and NCAA betting predictions. If you’re looking to build that bankroll, you’ve come to the right place!

The 2018 college football season is heading for its most important week, and the competition off the field among fans is nearly as heated as the competition on the field on game day. Week 7 is also, a week where a few teams are going to try to get some redemption from tough losses.

Conference championship games aren't on tap until the first week of December, but there are plenty of pivotal pairings that’ll go on to impact conference races, principally in the Pac-12 South, ACC Coastal, Big Ten and SEC.

Week 7 of the College football betting season is set to go, and a huge slate of college football betting action will be on tap this weekend, that is going to completely reshape the national landscape, not just from a playoff standpoint, but also in terms of who will be in position to take various conference and division titles.

NCAA Football Week Seven Game Previews - Thursday, October  11 - Saturday 13, 2018

Bet NCAA Week 7 Football PicksIf waiting till Thursday to sink your teeth into some college football betting was too long, we’ve got some good news for all of you! College pigskin kicks off on Tuesday night in Week 7 when the Appalachian State Mountaineers and Arkansas State Red Wolves collide in Sun Belt action. That tilt is followed up with a pair of matchups pitting Georgia Southern against Texas State, and Texas Tech against TCU in Big 12 action. All three of those games serves as appetizers for what’s about to go down under the Friday night lights.

USF and Tulsa kick things off on ESPN in what couple prove to be a pivotal AAC skirmish. The Air Force and San Diego State will kick things off a couple hours later on CBSSN which leads up to the game of the night in Salt Lake City where Tyler Huntley and the Utah Utes will host Khalil Tate and the Arizona Wildcats in a Pac-12 South matchup that’s sure to deliver. Since dropping four straight meetings from 2012-15, the Utes have taken back-to-back meetings including last season’s 30-24 wire-to-wire win and cover as 5-point desert chalk. Arizona has however been the money side to back in SLC where it’s covered four of their last five.

Some huge matchups are set to go down in the power five conferences in Week 7. We’ll start things off in the Big Ten with the Michigan State Spartans going into Happy Valley to square off against the Penn State Nittany Lions. With most of the conference’s heavy hitters situated in the East division, this is as big a game as it gets for both of these programs. Sparty has held the upper hand in the recent rivalry in winning four of the last five meetings which included holding serve at home in winning outright 27-24 as 10 point dogs last season. Each of the last four clashes have combined for overs, as have each of the last two confrontations in Beaver Stadium.

The second huge tilt going down in the B1G finds the West division favorite Wisconsin Badgers traveling to Ann Arbor to oppose a Michigan Wolverines outfit that will no doubt be hungry for a win. Harbaugh’s squad was a big disappointment last season, but supposedly, 2018 is going to be different. The Wolverines incurred an ugly 24-10 loss in Camp Randall as 6.5 point underdogs last season to fall to 1-3 SU and 0-4 ATS in the last four meetings. Their failure to compete against the pointspread in this non-divisional rivalry goes even further back with the maize and blue owners of an ugly 1-8-1 ATS tally in the last 10!

While the Tennessee/Auburn matchup will no doubt garner some interest, the SEC game of the week is set to go down in Baton Rouge where the LSU Tigers will play host to the Georgia Bulldogs in the most pivotal non-divisional conference clash to this point of the season. Ed Orgeron’s kids are nothing more than an afterthought heading into 2018 with a 20-1 return on winning the SEC. On the flipside, the Dawgs ( +350 ) sit only behind Alabama. This will be the first matchup between these programs since 2013 with UGA the recent dominant side in winning four of the last six ( 3-2-1 ATS ).

There are some interesting Big 12 matchups in Week 7, but nothing to get overly excited about. At least until we see how the first six weeks shape up. That said, the West Virginia Mountaineers will be on red alert in Ames where the upset minded Iowa State Cyclones went 1-3 SU but 1-1-2 ATS as home dogs last season giving both Oklahoma State and Iowa major runs for their money while beating TCU outright and only holding the Horned Frogs to seven points. WVU pulled out a 20-16 win and cover as 3.5 point home chalk in last year’s meeting to move to 5-1 SU and ATS in the six matchups between these schools as Big 12 rivals.

A rematch of the AAC title game highlights Week 7 when the UCF Knights invade Memphis for a showdown with the Tigers. Memphis dropped both meetings last season, but really gave UCF all it could ask for and more in the second go round before ultimately succumbing 62-55 as touchdown underdogs in overtime. Central Florida has dominated this rivalry coming out on top in each of the last 11 confrontations while going a moneymaking 7-4 against the spread. However, all four of those pointspread defeats came in the Liberty Bowl which includes each of their last three visits.

Pittsburgh Panthers vs. Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Notre Dame Stadium – 2:30 p.m. ET ( NBC )

Opening Line: Notre Dame -21, 56.5

Preview: On paper, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish doesn’t look like a team that should be ranked amongst the top five teams in the country. Not a single stat stands out that makes you say, oh yeah they’re worthy of going to the College Football Playoff. Be that as it may, it’s a reality and Brian Kelly’s troops will attempt to remain undefeated in Week 7 CFB live betting action when they host the Pittsburgh Panthers as gargantuan favorites. Continue...

Washington Huskies vs. Oregon Ducks, Autzen Stadium – 3:30 p.m. ET ( ABC )

Opening Line: Washington -3.5

Preview: The Pac-12 game of the week is set to go down in what will no doubt be a jam-packed Autzen Stadium Saturday afternoon when the No. 7 Washington Huskies and No. 17 Oregon Ducks battle one another against the CFB live betting odds in a pivotal North division clash. U-Dub almost got caught looking ahead to this tilt last week at UCLA knowing full well the Quack Attack had two full weeks to prepare in hopes of pulling off the upset. Oregon’s been embarrassed in each of the last two meetings falling by the aggregate score of 108-24! Continue...

Georgia Bulldogs vs. LSU Tigers, Tiger Stadium – 3:30 p.m. ET ( CBS )

Opening Line: Georgia -7

Preview: The No. 2 ranked Georgia Bulldogs figure to be a popular money line parlay legs in the SEC Game of the Week on Saturday when they head to Death Valley to run with the No. 13 ranked LSU Tigers who enter fresh off absorbing their first defeat of the 2018 CFB live betting season. The Dawgs currently sit atop the East division standings unblemished at 6-0, while Coach O’s kids just fell out of the CFP discussion after going down to the Gators in the Swamp. It’s been five seasons since these programs last met one another on the gridiron. Continue...
