The College football regular season is coming to a close, but that hardly means the party is over. You can find College football Week 14 odds, picks and previews at Gamblers Palace, which has you covered with accurate predictions and all the information you need to win big to get your bankroll beefed up for the bowl season.
It isn't often that two of the top three teams in America get beaten in the same weekend, but Week 13 gave us the second example of such chaos this season. Alabama and Miami were both beaten, brutally shaking up the College Football Playoff rankings once again.
The difference between the Crimson Tide and the Hurricanes is that Miami can still play its way into the show if it can beat Clemson in the ACC Championship Game. Alabama has nothing left to show and will be idle in Week 14 after losing to Auburn.
Those Tigers are now making their own path to the playoff at the expense of their arch rivals. Auburn got back into the playoff discussion by beating Georgia, and it can finish the saga and get into the CFP on its own merit if it can score a second win over the Bulldogs. Any team that can beat Georgia, Alabama and Georgia again over the course of the last four weeks of the season deserves its shot, and Gus Malzahn's team is now favored to pull off said stunt.
There are potentially two other national quarterfinals being played in the Big Ten and the Big XII Championship Games as well.
In the Big Ten Championship Game, Ohio State could be without J.T. Barrett against Wisconsin. The Badgers are surely win-and-you're-in, but the Buckeyes could be in the same boat. Ohio State's loss to Oklahoma could loom large, especially if the Selection Committee deems that it isn't as good of a team if Barrett is forced to miss any serious time.
The Sooners still need to win their Big XII title game against TCU to get into the playoff as well. The Horned Frogs, who were left on the wrong side of the CFP in its very first year when it won a share of the Big XII title, are hoping to avoid that fate again. With an impressive enough showing, Gary Patterson's crew could state a case to get into the CFP this time around with two losses as well.

Stanford vs. USC - 8 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Opening Line: USC -3, O/U 57
Preview: The USC Trojans have to be looking at the landscape right now in the Top 25 and wondering if they legitimately have a shot to claw all the way back into the College Football Playoff. They're going to need a big win in the Pac-12 Championship Game on Friday night against the Stanford Cardinal to stake a claim to the Final Four, but even that probably won't be enough. Continue...
Memphis at UCF - 12 p.m. ET (ABC)
Opening Line: UCF -7, O/U 81
Preview: Right after Hurricane Irma ripped through the Sunshine State, the UCF Knights took care of business against the Memphis Tigers. That was the point in the season that we all started to realize that Scott Frost might be brewing something special in Orlando. The Knights haven't lost since that point, and they can play their way into the New Year's Six if they beat the Tigers for a second time at Spectrum Stadium in the AAC Championship Game. Continue...
Louisiana Monroe at Florida State - 12 p.m. ET (ACC Network)
Opening Line: Florida State -27, O/U 64.5
Preview: In fairness to the Florida State Seminoles, had Hurricane Irma never happened, they would probably already be in the clubhouse at 6-6 and be guaranteed to extend the longest streak of consecutive seasons with a trip to a bowl game. The fact that the game against the Louisiana Monroe Warhawks had to be cancelled was unlucky, but it was incredibly fortunate that the Sun Belt gave the Warhawks this final week of the season off. It gave the Noles a chance to have one last home game against a team they should have faced three months ago and will grant them the opportunity to get that coveted sixth victory. Continue...
Akron vs. Toledo - 12 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Opening Line: Toledo -18.5, O/U 54
Preview: The Toledo Rockets were consistently the best team in the MAC all season long. Now, they're heavy favorites to claim their conference championship when they go up against the Cinderella story of the conference, the Akron Zips in the MAC Championship Game. Continue...
North Texas at Florida Atlantic - 12 p.m. ET (ESPN2)
Opening Line: Florida Atlantic -10, O/U 74.5
Preview: It's easy to assume that Lane Kiffin is coaching his last game at home for the Florida Atlantic Owls. But if all he does is lead FAU to a Conference USA championship and a really good bowl bid this year, he's done his job in his one year in Boca Raton. Continue...
TCU vs. Oklahoma - 12:30 p.m. ET (FOX)
Opening Line: Oklahoma -7, O/U 61.5
Preview: Are the TCU Horned Frogs really out of the National Championship race yet? They'll feel like they're still in it even if they have some of the longest shots on the board to actually win the Natty at this point. A win over the Oklahoma Sooners in the Big XII Championship Game, and TCU is going to force its way into a very interesting discussion for the CFP Selection Committee. Continue...
Troy at Arkansas State - 3 p.m. ET (ESPN3)
Opening Line: Arkansas State -2, O/U 57.5
Preview: The Sun Belt isn't likely to have a bona fide champion this year in the regular season. Appalachian State didn't play against either the Troy Trojans or the Arkansas State Red Wolves in the regular season, and a win over Louisiana Lafayette will give it a share of the conference's title. The Troy/Arkansas State game, though, will effectively be a conference championship game as well since the winner will also have a share of the Sun Belt title to add to its trophy case. Continue...
Auburn vs. Georgia - 4 p.m. ET (CBS)
Opening Line: Auburn -3, O/U 51
Preview: When the Georgia Bulldogs came into Jordan-Hare Stadium and were whooped by the Auburn Tigers, Kirby Smart knew that his team was going to have a second chance to get into the College Football Playoff. Now comes that chance. Continue...
Boise State at Fresno State - 7:45 p.m. ET (ESPN)
Opening Line: Boise State -8.5, O/U 48
Preview: The Boise State Broncos and Fresno State Bulldogs played against each other in the final week of the regular season, and they both knew they were going to be seeing these familiar faces once again seven days later in the Mountain West Championship Game. The Fresno State win was nice, but the trip to the Smurf Turf could be significantly different. Continue...
Miami vs. Clemson - 8 p.m. ET (ABC)
Opening Line: Clemson -7.5, O/U 48
Preview: Over the course of the last month or so, it seemed inevitable that the Clemson Tigers and Miami Hurricanes were going to be playing against each other with a spot in the College Football Playoff on the line. The two teams both have a bad road loss to a team that isn't bowl eligible to their credit, but a win in the ACC Championship Game would surely be enough to put either team into the playoff with room to spare. Continue...
Ohio State vs. Wisconsin - 8 p.m. ET (FOX)
Opening Line: Ohio State -5.5, O/U 53.5
Preview: The Wisconsin Badgers haven't had respect from the College Football Playoff Selection Committee all season long. They can defy the odds and finish off a perfect season if they can beat the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Big Ten Championship Game, a game that could end up being a de facto national quarterfinal. Continue...
