March Madness Basketball Odds - 2018 NCAA Tournament Predictions

Bet March Madness Odds2018 March Madness is here, as action begins on Tuesday, March 13 with First Four games and continues with games on Wednesday, March 14. The main portion of the 2018 NCAA Tournament begins on Thursday, March 15 with 16 games and continues on Friday, March 16 with 16 more games. The four No. 1 seeds are Virginia, Villanova, Xavier and Kansas.  Villanova and Virginia are the top betting choices to win the title, but the other two top seeds, Xavier and Kansas are not among the betting favorites.

Virginia is the overall No. 1 seed in the 2018 NCAA Tournament and they are the No. 1 seed in the South Region. They don’t have an easy path to the Final Four, as they will probably have to get past Kentucky or Arizona and they could face a very dangerous Cincinnati team in the Elite Eight.

Villanova is the No. 1 seed in the East and their path to the Final Four looks pretty easy, as they may not get much of a test until a possible matchup against Purdue in the Elite Eight.

Xavier is the No. 1 seed in the West but most people don’t expect the Musketeers to advance to the Final Four. The Musketeers will probably face Gonzaga in the Sweet 16 and many people expect the Bulldogs to win that game. North Carolina and Michigan are also in the West Region.

Kansas is the No. 1 seed in the Midwest Region. They will likely have to get past Michigan State or Duke who seem destined to meet in the Sweet Sixteen.

The first weekend of the tournament is March 17-18 where the Sweet Sixteen will be determined. The NCAA Championship game will be played on Monday, April 2.
