Here’s a list of legs I’ll be adding to my NFL Week 10 teaser picks at Bookmaker.eu.
Buffalo Bills +12’
No chance I can avoid taking double-digits with a Bills team running up against a Jets outfit that will be forced to look to backup Josh McCown in place of the rookie. I don’t care who is under center for Buffalo. Their defense is going to cash this ticket at top rated sportsbooks, and it might even lead Sean McDermott’s squad to the outright victory.
I came away extremely impressed with the Bills defense last week against a Bears offense that entered the tilt firing on all cylinders. All the defense did was hold Mitch Trubisky and company to less than 200 yards of combined offense! Do that again and there’s not a doubt in my mind they won’t need any of these 12’ points!
Cincinnati Bengals +12
I like the Bengals plus the six if it means anything. I like them even more getting double. This is going to be a tough road trip for a Saints team that left it all out on the field in a shootout with the Rams last week. Drew Brees and Michael Thomas were exceptional. Also remember that they exerted a ton of energy and emotion the week prior in avenging the “Minneapolis Miracle”.
Now they have to go on the road for a non-conference tilt against a Bengals squad that will take to its home field off a bye sorely needing a win to remain in the thick of the AFC North title race. Under that scenario, I’m taking those points every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
Detroit Lions +13
I’m probably asking for trouble running with the Lions once again after they did me dirty last week, but I simply can’t pass on the opportunity. Detroit has flat out owned the Bears of late winning nine of the last 10 overall meetings while going 5-4-1 ATS. Chicago hasn’t been favored in this rivalry since 2012, and the Lions have gone on to beat the closing NFL moneyline odds in four of their last five visits to Soldier Field.
Now granted, new coaching staffs have taken over for both franchises, but I can’t help but think Detroit comes in ready to play in this one after laying an egg in the Twin Cities last week. I’d be shocked if Da Bears found a way to win this game by two touchdowns!
Philadelphia Eagles -1
I’m excited to see what the Eagles bring to the table in this Monday night tilt against one of their most hated rivals. Fresh out of the bye and the NFC East being wide open, you have to expect its going to be an optimum effort. I can’t and won’t say that about the Dallas Cowboys whose ship continues to take on water every passing week. Last Monday night’s home effort against the Titans was disgraceful. Tennessee came to play and the Cowboys simply just wilted under the pressure.
I foresee it getting a whole lot worse before it gets better in Big D and wouldn’t be the least bit shocked if this game ends up being Jason Garrett’s final one calling the shots. Philly has already fallen twice in front of its hometown faithful to date. There’s no way that occurs in this spot with the opportunity to wipe the slate clean and begin anew bestowed upon them after the rest of the division failed to log a win last week. Philly’s going to romp its way to a win that gets it over the breakeven point at offshore sportsbooks!
