NBA Betting – Wednesday Best Bets

NBA Betting Odds

Though the Association has a six-pack of games for NBA bettors to dig into on Wednesday night, the league will be taking a backseat to college basketball with conference tournament week upon us. With so much attention being payed to the college hardwood, astute pro bettors could make a mint taking advantage of some loose lines. The slate might be short, but it still packs a punch with teams like the Nets, Thunder, Warriors, Rockets and Jazz all in action. Without further ado, let’s jump into all the action and go looking for some best bet winners!

Bet the Washington Wizards at

Since taking down the Pacers and Warriors in back-to-back games, the Magic have managed to come out victorious only once in their L/4 tries. That being a 111-106 win and non-cover at home against a Dallas Mavericks that couldn’t smell a road win if you put it right under their collective nose. Off a tough loss in Memphis, the Magic will look to regroup back on the road in Washington against a Wizards team that still hasn’t given up hope that it could reach the playoffs even though it’ll enter this tilt nine-games under .500.

Bradley Beal and company have been playing some real competitive ball of late with the opportunity to win the Southeast Division still there for the taking. They just took the Kings down at home 121-115 as 2-point favorites to move to 4-1 SU & ATS the L/5 times it took to the hardwood in front of the hometown faithful. The Wizz have won two of three versus the Magic to date which includes the 117-109 home win back in November that moved them to 9-1 SU the L/10 times it hosted the rivalry.

Bet the Memphis Grizzlies at

Though the Hawks just put an end to a three game losing streak by defeating New Orleans 128-116 on Sunday to move to 4-1 ATS their L/5 games, I’ll be siding with the recently streaking Grizzlies in this non-conference showdown. Memphis just logged a fourth win its L/5 tries after beating Orlando at home as 1-point dogs last time out. Other teams defeated during that win streak include the Jazz and Trail Blazers. The uptick in production has everything to do with Mike Conley and company finally getting going at the offensive end of the court where they’ve averaged 108.5 points in their L/10 games; up nearly 7.0 points from the regular season average.

Atlanta’s defense will be a welcome sight for that attack with it conceding a league-worst 118.7 points on a gamely basis while raking No. 28 in efficiency. Memphis shouldn’t have much of any trouble scoring the basketball with the offense currently confident, and it boasts by far the better overall defense that ranks No. 1 overall and No. 6 in efficiency. The Grizz tallied one of their highest scoring games of the season when they beat the Hawks 131-117 way back in October. They weren’t running nearly as well then than they are now. A wise man once told me to ride it like it’s hot, and that’s exactly what I suggest you do when you attack the NBA card at online sportsbooks on Hump Day.

Bet the Golden State Warriors at

James Harden is nicked up. The Warriors enter this tilt off an embarrassing home defeat to the Phoenix Suns as whopping 17-point favorites. The Rockets have won each of the three played meetings between these rivals this season. See the perfect storm developing? I certainly do! I have no inclination getting in front of the freight train set to invade the Toyota Center in this one, and I suggest you do the same. Houston is going to get 100 percent of the Warriors attention in this one, and I don’t foresee it playing out favorably for the home team regardless of the Rockets being in the midst of a nine-game win streak that saw them take down the likes of the 76ers, Raptors, Celtics, Heat and these same relative without breaking much of a sweat.

That only adds to the amount of determination Golden State will bring with it to the hardwood in this one. I faded the Dubs off their embarrassing home loss to the Celtics against the Nuggets. Though Denver made it a game for a bulk of the first half, it only took the Warriors 2+ minutes to turn a tie game into a 17-point laugher at the break. When the Warriors want to play, they’re simply unbeatable. I can’t help but think they’ll be out to make a statement in this one, and I’ll be along for the ride backing them at the best sportsbooks.
