The Ultimate Fighter finale was supposed to feature a bout between the two coaches from the season, Matt Serra and Matt Hughes. Unfortunately, Matt Serra backed out of the fight due to a back injury, and Matt Hughes is set to fight Georges St. Pierre in UFC: Nemesis.

UFC 65 "BAD INTENTIONS"

The UFC 65 - at ARCO Arena and will give fans two great championship title fights in one night.

Matt Hughes will defend his UFC Welterweight Championship title against his original opponent for UFC 63, Georges St. Pierre, less than two months since his last defense and a second title bout is scheduled to occur on this card between UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia and Jeff Monson.

Hughes is out to prove he is the best pound-four-pound figher in the world, when he defeats St. Pierre again at UFC 65.
World Welterweight Champion, Matt Hughes has defended his title successfully 8 times against a "who's who" list of challengers, including BJ Penn, Frank Trigg, Hayato Sakurai, Carlos Newton, and his UFC 65 opponent, Georges St. Pierre.
Canadian Champion, Georges "Rush" St. Pierre has been fighting for a rematch with Matt Hughes for nearly two years. He has dismantled everyone in his path, including Frank Trigg, Sean Sherk, and BJ Penn gave the champion all he could handle for two rounds before running out of gas and lost the match by TKO in the third round.
Despite having to withdraw from their previously scheduled fight in September, after suffering a groin injury in training. Georges St. Pierre is 100 percent ready and feels it is his time to shine as the new Welterweight Champion of the World. Many believe St. Pierre is the future of the welterweight division. But, St. Pierre wants to show the world the future is now.
Also Tim Sylvia and Jeff Monson will engage in a championship title fight. ARCO Arena in Sacramento, Calif. will be a sight to see when UFC fans from all around the world pack thehouse to watch UFC World Heavyweight Champion Tim “The Maine-iac” Sylvia face “The Snowman” Jeff Monson.
The fight card for the UFC 65 – Bad Intentions is complete. The event scheduled for November 18th, at the Arco Arena, in Sacramento, California, will feature nine fights. The highlight of the night will indeed be the two UFC title bouts.
