Date: September 25, 2010
Time: (Spike TV 9PM ET/6PM PT – Pay-Per-View 10PM ET/7PM PT)

The upcoming rematch between Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Frank Mir, originally scheduled for UFC 119 in Indianapolis, Indiana, has reportedly been called off after "Minotauro" was forced to withdraw due to an undisclosed injury.
With heavyweight legend “Minotauro” Nogueira sidelined by injury, Now Mirko Cro Cop another superstar from Japan’s storied PRIDE organization will step in to face former two-time UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir in the main event of UFC 119 on September 25th at the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
The televised portion of the event, which also includes Ryan Bader vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Matt Serra vs. Chris Lytle, and Melvin Guillard vs. Jeremy Stephens.
Mir vs. Cro Cop: Mir, a former UFC heavyweight champion, is just 1-2 since that big win, which marked Nogueira's first-ever stoppage loss, with knockout losses to Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin and a submission win over Cheick Kongo. The Carwin loss, which came at UFC 111 in March with an interim title on the line, marks his most recent outing.
Mirko Cro Cop, is a feared striker who has resurrected his career with back-to-back finishes of Anthony Perosh and Pat Barry in 2010, and if he can make it three in a row with a victory over Mir, Cro Cop will make a highly-anticipated return to the heated race for the coveted UFC heavyweight championship.
Evan Dunham Vs. Sean Sherk: former lightweight champion Sean Sherk (32-4-1) will make his return back to the octagon against Evan Dunham (11-0).
Sherk (32-4-1) has been out of action for over a year due to several injuries. He was scheduled to face Jim Miller at UFC 108 but was forced to withdraw due to a cut sustained in training. He last graced the Octagon at UFC 98, dropping a unanimous decision to current UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar.
Dunham has a perfect 11-0 record. Dunham has finished eight out of his eleven victories by either TKO or submission with notable wins over Efrain Escudero, Marcus Aurelio, and recently Tyson Griffin at UFC 115.
Melvin Guillard vs. Jeremy Stephens: The Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis will be rocking when these two lightweights go to the cage, with "Young Assassin" Guillard looking to make his mark against Stephens, the fighter who debuted on his 21st birthday and has since gone on to achieve 13 KOs in 18 outright wins.
Both fighters are on two-fight winning streaks, and considering the KO power that each possesses, (although Guillard may be a bit more technical with his striking), this one has the makings of a barn-burner.
