The Feb. 20 card at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia boasts a heavyweight tilt between Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Cain Velasquez. Nogueira is coming off a thrilling three-round unanimous decision victory over Randy Couture in the UFC 102 main event on Aug. 29. Velasquez most recently smashed Ben Rothwell via second round technical knockout atUFC 104 on Oct. 24.

The bout between heavyweight contenders Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira and Cain Velasquez that was originally scheduled for UFC 108 before a severe staph infection forced Nogueira to withdraw from UFC 108 earlier this month, but the former heavyweight champion recovered quickly after undergoing treatment in the U.S. and hoped to meet Velasquez at the UFC’s Australian debut.

As well as the middleweight debut of Wanderlei Silva in a fight against Michael Bisping.

Michael Bisping faces the possibilty of adding a mixed martial arts legend to his record with a canny performance against Brazilian Wanderlei Silva at UFC 110 in Sydney.

Silva (32-10-1), the former PRIDE 205-pound champion, followed up a May 2008 knockout of Keith Jardine with back-to-back losses to Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Rich Franklin, but heads to middleweight for a fresh start after dropping five of his last six fights.

Bisping (18-2), the winner of The Ultimate Fighter 3, dropped down to middleweight in 2008 and won three-straight before suffering a knockout loss to Dan Henderson in July. The bounced back earlier this month with a second-round TKO of Denis Kang at UFC 105 in his native Manchester, England.

UFC 110 will also, feature Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic vs. Ben Rothwell, and Stephan Bonnar vs. Krzysztof Soszynski, while Australians Elvis Sinosic and Chris Haseman will reportedly return to the Octagon to rematch on the pay-per-view event’s preliminary card.
