Super Bowl Halftime Prop Betting Tips
NFL MetLife Stadium Halftime Bets - Denver Broncos Vs. Seattle Seahawks

Where: MetLife Stadium - East Rutherford, N.J.
Gamblers can bet on almost anything at online sportsbooks. The national anthem, halftime show, and even other sports are involved in betting opportunities.
Long-time gamblers might look at the Super Bowl halftime bets and assume these are silly propositions that can't be analyzed in any logical fashion, so they should ignore them.
That's a mistake I want to rectify in this article, because the these propositions offer some of the greatest disparities among all the Super Bowl wagers you could place.
Proposition bets can be made on literally anything you can think of.
- Exactly how many minutes will the Halftime show last?
- Will there be another wardrobe malfunction?
- Will a certain song be played by the performer(s)?
- How many costume changes will there be?
- The list goes on and on and on.
Super Bowl Halftime Show
Bruno Mars and Red Hot Chili Peppers will perform at halftime of the Super Bowl this year on February 2, 2014.
In one of the biggest televised events of the year, funk-rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers will be joining Bruno Mars at the Super Bowl this year, inside MetLife Stadium for the annual Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show.
Adding the Chili Peppers to the mix means a more eclectic mix of music and a higher likelihood of an expanded viewership for the show.
Also, the Red Hot Chili Peppers are slated to perform in a pre-game bash in Brooklyn on Feb. 1, hosted by sports radio station WFAN.
As, one of the most successful acts in rock history, Red Hot Chili Peppers, which is singer Anthony Kiedis, bassist Flea, drummer, Chad Smith, and guitarist Josh Klinghoffer, have sold more than 60 million albums, including five multi-platinum LPs, won six Grammy Awards and a total of ten No. 1 songs on the alternative singles' chart. Also, the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April 2012.
Mean while, the rockers will join Bruno Mars, who in addition to nabbed 18 Grammy nominations during his short career, also scored his first five Hot 100 top singles faster than any other male artist since Elvis Presley.
Mars is young, at 27, and his debut album was just 2010. He isn't quite at the level of fame as Madonna or Beyonce, the Super Bowl's last two halftime acts, but he has plenty of hits "Grenade," "Just the Way You Are," "Locked Out of Heaven," to name a few. He mixes R&B with more modern music that gives him a somewhat timeless sound.
Mars was named Billboard's 2013 artist of the year. His hits include the No. 1 song "When I Was Your Man" and his Grammy-nominated sophomore album, "Unorthodox Jukebox," has sold almost 2 million copies.
Mars is a fine choice, as a Grammy winner and one of the best-selling artists of the last few years.
The halftime show will be broadcast worldwide in more than 230 countries and territories. Every single commercial spot has been sold averaging $3.5 million for a 30 second spot, there are some spots that are even $4 million for the 30 second commercial.
There are part of this audience that tuned in just to view the commercials broadcasted during the game. There are still some advertisers hoping to get a spot at the last minute.
The next venues to host the 2015 superbowl will be at the University of Phoenix Stadium, Glendale, Arizona.

Super Bowl Halftime Betting Tip
Public bettors prefer the second half because they often believe they have an edge because of what they watched happen in the first 30 minutes of a game.
Professional sports bettors tend to play first halves more because those numbers are available for most of the week while second half numbers are available for only roughly 15 minutes.
In certain cases where sportsbooks know that the public is going to go after a certain second-half side, the number will most likely be shaded towards the favorite.
Super bowl halftime bettor's also have a distinct advantage of knowing the exact weather, how the field is holding up, what players seem to be hobbled by injury and who has the momentum.
Very rarely in the NFL do teams come out of the locker room and play entirely differently than they played in the first half.
