at the customer's request. Or if deemed necessary, Gamblers

and wagers placed at Gamblers Palace shall be considered originating
from and governed by the laws of Costa Rica and UK.
Age
Restrictions
No one under the age of 18 years is permitted to wager at
Gamblers Palace. You will be required to provide proof of
age at management's discretion.
Taxes
Gamblers Palace
will not disclose details of individual's net winnings or
losses. This is the responsibility of the individual. If you
reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable,
you must keep track of those winnings and report them to the
proper authorities.

ALL accounts must have a correct, and valid, address and contact phone number listed in their account information on the date(s) of their withdrawal. Use of an invalid address and phone number is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings and/or a delay in your redemptions request. In order to redeem any deposit bonus, you must meet the rollover requirements. You must wager the original deposit plus any bonuses and fee's prior to making a withdrawal. Withdrawals can be made prior to wagering the full amount, but the bonus will be forfeited.

Sports wagering - Bonus money cannot be used to bet both sides of a game in the sportsbook. Any attempt to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds wagered.
Halftime, Player props, Football and basketball moneylines, Baseball runlines, FREE 1/2 Point wagers, and -105 Juice wagers do NOT count for rollover requirements.
Casino wagering - Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Bacarat do NOT count for rollover requirements.
Customers that appear to be making deposits or using referrals in an attempt to manipulate the spirit of our bonus programs are required to keep their accounts FUNDED and ACTIVE for 30 days. If you wish to redeem within the 30-day agreement you must forfeit your bonus and your winnings.
Bonus eligibility for clients is subject to management's discretion. We reserve the right to accept business and determine promotion or bonus eligibility from any one at any time.

Disputes
and Discrepancies
Account balances must be verified
by the customer on each call or Internet log-on prior to wagering.
When you verify and accept your account balance you agree
that all previous transactions are correct and you do not
have any claims. Claims or disputes must be settled prior
to making any further wagers and within 48hrs from the date
of the wager. All phone calls to Gamblers Palace.com will
be recorded on tape. All Internet transactions will be saved
to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system.
In all cases of dispute, both management and the customer
agree that the tape recording or file tape back-up shall serve
as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will
be adjusted accordingly.
Player's that chargeback funds
or reverse payments will forfeit all winnings.
Password/User
ID.
You are solely responsible for
the security of your Pin user id and your password.
Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password
we suggest that you contact us immediately and change
your password. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized
use of their account. In the event that a third party places
a bet the bet will be valid, whether or not the alleged third
party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer.
Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that
reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third
party may have it's password or username, you may contact
us at anytime and request a new user id and password.
